WHO CAN ENTER: To enter the Focus on the Family® Motor Racing Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes"), you must: (a) be a lawful permanent resident of the 50 United States (excluding Florida, New York, and Rhode Island) or the District of Columbia; and (b) be 18 years of age or older as of July 12, 2007. This Sweepstakes is void in Puerto Rico; U.S. territories and possessions; the states of Florida, New York, and Rhode Island; outside of the U.S.; and where prohibited by law, taxed or restricted. This Sweepstakes and any website pages and advertisements relating thereto are intended for viewing only within the United States (excluding Florida, New York, and Rhode Island) and the District of Columbia. Employees of Focus on the Family, National Fellowship of Raceway Ministries, and Motor Racing Outreach, their respective affiliates, officers, directors, advertising or promotion agencies, vendors involved in this promotion (collectively "Sweepstakes Entities"), and the immediate relatives and household members of the Sweepstakes Entities are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes.
PROMOTION PERIOD: The Sweepstakes begins at that time the Card Entry (as defined below) method of entry first becomes available, which is anticipated to be at or about 12:01 a.m. Mountain Time ("MT") on July 12, 2007, and ends at 11:59 p.m. MT on November 30, 2007 ("Sweepstakes Period"). Focus on the Family's computer is the official time-keeping device for all entries received. All entries must be received during the Sweepstakes Period.

TO ENTER: There are two (2) ways to enter:
A) INTERNET METHOD OF ENTRY: To enter online for the Grand Prize only, go to www.family.org/racing, complete the online entry form and submit it in accordance with the on-screen directions during the Sweepstakes Period ("Online Entry"). Online Entries are not eligible for the First Prize or Second Prize. Information required on the Online Entry form includes your First Name, Last Name, Street Address (no P.O. Boxes), City, State, Zip Code, Phone Number (including area code), E-mail Address, and Birth Date (collectively "Online Entry Information"). All Online Entry Information must be completed in full. All Online Entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. MT on November 30, 2007. Limit one (1) Online Entry per e-mail address. Multiple entries will be disqualified. Entries will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. The authorized account holder is the natural person who is assigned to the e-mail address by an Internet service provider, online service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses. If multiple entries are received from any person or e-mail address in violation of these Official Rules, all entries from that person will be disqualified. Online Entries must be manually key-stroked, and use of automated entry devices or programs is prohibited. Entries generated by script, robotic, macro, programmed, or any other automated methods are prohibited and will be disqualified.
B) CARD METHOD OF ENTRY: To enter in person for the First Prize and Second Prize drawings and for the Grand Prize, complete an official Sweepstakes entry form available at Race Events at which Sponsor conducts the Sweepstakes ("Race Events") at the Motor Racing Outreach trailers and other designated locations near each race, beginning on or about July 12, 2007, and concluding no later than November 11, 2007 ("Card Entry"). Information required on the Card Entry consists of your First Name, Last Name, Street Address (no P.O. Boxes), City, State, Zip Code, Phone Number (including area code), E-mail Address, and Birth Date (collectively "Card Entry Information"). All Card Entry information must be completed in full and be legible. Limit one (1) Card Entry per person. Each Card Entry must be submitted at the Race Event at which the card was obtained and deposited at a designated entry point prior to or promptly following the completion of each Race. The dates, locations and all additional details associated with each Race Event are subject to change without notice. A schedule of anticipated Race Events is set forth within these Official Rules.
For all Entries: Each entrant may submit only one (1) Card Entry or one (1) Online Entry during the Sweepstakes Period. Online and Card Entries are collectively referred to herein as "Entries," or individually referred herein as an "Entry." All Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. If an entrant changes his/her Phone Number, E-mail Address, or postal address after he/she enters the Sweepstakes, it is his/her sole responsibility to notify the Sponsor by mailing a written notice to Sponsor, and that notice must be received before the end of the Sweepstakes Period. Entrants will have the opportunity to receive a complimentary magazine subscription checking the appropriate box; however, eligibility to participate in the Sweepstakes is NOT dependent upon entrant's consent to receive a subscription, and requesting a complimentary subscription WILL NOT increase your chances of winning.
PRIZES: There will be one (1) Grand Prize awarded after the close of the Sweepstakes Period; one (1) First Prize awarded after each Race Event; and one (1) Second Prize awarded after each Race Event.
One (1) Grand Prize: One trip prize consisting of the following: Trip for two (2), winner and one (1) guest, to the Daytona 500® at Daytona Beach, Florida, on February 17, 2008. The Grand Prize consists of round-trip coach air transportation (up to $500.00 each ticket); hotel accommodations for one (1) night [one (1) room/double occupancy] in Daytona Beach or vicinity on February 16, 2008; and two infield pit passes to the Daytona 500® at Daytona Beach, Florida, on February 17, 2008. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of the Grand Prize: $1,500.00. In the event that the Daytona 500® race scheduled to take place on February 17, 2008, at the Daytona International Speedway in Daytona Beach, Florida, is officially postponed prior to the start of the race, hotel accommodations will be provided for each night prior to the date the race is actually held.
First Prizes: Each First Prize will consist of one team racing jacket. ARV of the First Prize: $150.00 each. Total ARV of all First Prizes is $2,400.00.
Second Prizes: Each Second Prize will consist of one (1) $10.00 gift certificate to goracing.com. ARV of the Second Prize: $10.00 each. Total ARV of all Second Prizes is $160.00.
RESTRICTIONS: Any difference between the stated ARV and actual value, if any, will not be awarded. Actual value of the Grand Prize depends on the place of departure, time of travel, and any actual airfare. No cash equivalent will be awarded and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any listed prize or prize component for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize would become unavailable for any reason. Prizes are non-transferable and are awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee either expressed or implied. Any descriptions or depictions of the prizes are for illustrative purposes only. Travel arrangements will be made by Sponsor. Grand Prize winner and guest must travel using the same itinerary, on an airline from the major commercial airport closest to winner's place of residence (to be chosen solely by the Sponsor), to Daytona Beach, Florida. Hotel accommodations (on the date and at the facility to be specified solely by the Sponsor) must be taken together by winner and guest, and cannot be taken separately. Reservations are non-refundable for cash or credit, non-transferable and non-changeable once issued. If the Grand Prize winner is unable to complete the trip on the dates specified by Sponsor, the winner shall forfeit the prize in its entirety, and an alternate winner will be selected, provided sufficient time remains prior to the race (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion). If, in the judgment of Sponsor, air travel is not required due to winner's proximity to prize location, ground transportation will be substituted for round-trip air travel at Sponsor's sole discretion. Guest of winner must be at least 18 years of age as of November 30, 2007; however, a guest under the age of 18 will be permitted if the winner is a parent or legal guardian of the guest. Winner and guest are responsible for obtaining travel insurance (and all other forms of insurance) where applicable, at their option, and acknowledge that the Sponsor has not and will not obtain or provide travel insurance or any other form of insurance. Winner and guest must abide by all rules relating to the race, venue, and event. Winner is responsible for payment of all taxes on the prize and for any other expenses related to the acceptance and use of the prize, including but not limited to, any air transportation and any other expenses not specifically identified in these Official Rules. Winners will be issued an IRS Tax Form 1099 stating the value of the prize. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS
Grand Prize Winner: The prospective Grand Prize winner will be selected at random on or about January 4, 2008, from among all eligible Entries received, by Sponsor, whose decisions on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes will be final and binding. Within one (1) week of the drawing, the prospective winner will be notified by phone, e-mail, and/or overnight mail (at the phone number, e-mail address, and/or address provided on the entrant's Entry) at the Sponsor's sole discretion. Entrants need not be present to win. If the prospective winner cannot be reached after a reasonable effort has been exerted; he/she is found to be ineligible; he/she cannot or does not comply with these Official Rules; and/or if his/her prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, prospective winner will be disqualified, and an alternate prospective winner will be selected at random from among the remaining Entries. The prospective winner will be required to sign, notarize and return an affidavit of eligibility and mutually acceptable liability release (where permitted by law) within one (1) week after notice is sent, or the prize will be forfeited in its entirety and an alternate winner will be selected. Grand Prize winner's guest must also sign, notarize and return an affidavit of eligibility and mutually acceptable liability release (where permitted by law) prior to the trip. The Grand Prize winner will be required to complete and furnish a W-9 Form, including his/her Social Security number, which will be used only for the purpose of reporting the winner's prize earnings to the Internal Revenue Service as required by law.
First Prize and Second Prize Winners: The prospective First Prize and Second Prize Winners will be selected in a random drawing within four (4) weeks after the conclusion of each Race Event, from among all eligible Entries received by Sponsor at the respective Race Event, by Sponsor, whose decisions on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes will be final and binding. Within fourteen (14) days of the drawing, prospective winners will be notified by phone, e-mail, and/or mail (at the phone number, e-mail address, and/or address provided on the entrant's Entry) at the Sponsor's sole discretion. Entrants need not be present to win. If a prospective winner cannot be reached after a reasonable effort has been exerted; he/she is found to be ineligible; he/she cannot or does not comply with these Official Rules; and/or if his/her prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, prospective winner will be disqualified, and an alternate prospective winner will be selected at random from the remaining Entries.
CONDITIONS: The Sweepstakes is subject to these Official Rules and all federal, state and local laws and regulations (collectively "Rules and Laws"). Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor website, or any web page or web banner ad related to the Sweepstakes; to be acting in violation of the Official Rules; or to be acting in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Any attempt by an entrant to damage the website or undermine the legitimate operation of the sweepstakes may be in violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies and damages (including attorney's fees) from any such entrant to the fullest extent of the law, and to notify law enforcement authorities who may pursue criminal prosecution. In the event Sponsor is prevented from continuing with this Sweepstakes, or the integrity and/or feasibility of the Sweepstakes is undermined by any event or cause not reasonably within the Sponsor's control (a "Force Majeure" event), Sponsor shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to abbreviate, modify, suspend, cancel or terminate the Sweepstakes without notice or further obligation. If the Sponsor, in its discretion, elects to abbreviate the Sweepstakes as a result of a Force Majeure event, the Sponsor reserves the right, but shall have no obligation, to award the prizes from among all valid and eligible Entries received up to the time of such Force Majeure event.
PUBLICITY: Except where prohibited by law, winner's acceptance of a prize constitutes permission of such participant for Sponsor to use, without notice or further compensation, worldwide, and in perpetuity, in any and all forms of media, now known and hereafter devised, including, without limitation, on the Sponsor or Sweepstakes website, winner's first name, last name, city and state, photograph, likeness, voice, and/or voice likeness for purposes of advertising, trade, promotion and publicity.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible or liable for Entries that are illegible, late, destroyed, lost, misplaced, stolen, misdirected, tampered with, incomplete, deleted, damaged, or otherwise not in full compliance with these Official Rules, and all such Entries will be disqualified. By submitting an Entry, each entrant agrees and acknowledges to be bound by the Rules and Laws, as well as the decisions of Sponsor, whose decision shall be binding and final; to waive any rights to claim ambiguity with the Rules and Laws; and that Sweepstakes Entities shall have no responsibility or liability (including, but not limited to, liability for any property loss, damage, personal injury or death) in connection with: participation in Sweepstakes; acceptance/possession (including, but not limited to, delays by shipping companies), defects, and/or the use or misuse of a prize; discontinued prizes; human error; incorrect or inaccurate transcription of Entry information; typographical or other error in the printing of this offer; administration of the Sweepstakes or in the announcement of prizes; any malfunctions of the telephone network, computer online system, computer equipment, software, or Internet service provider utilized by Sponsor; interruption or inability to access Sweepstakes, the Sweepstakes website, or any online service via the Internet due to hardware or software compatibility problems, failure of e-mail, or on account of technical problems, human error, or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or combination thereof; any damage to entrant's (or any third person's) computer and/or its contents related to or resulting from any part of Sweepstakes or downloading materials or software in connection with this Sweepstakes; any lost or delayed data transmissions, omissions, interruptions, defects; and/or any other errors or malfunctions, even if caused by the negligence of one of the Sweepstakes Entities. Each entrant further agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Sweepstakes Entities from any and all injuries, losses, damages, claims, actions or any liability resulting or arising from participation in this Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession or use of the prize, and to release all rights to bring any claim, action or proceeding against Sweepstakes Entities, and hereby acknowledge that said Sweepstakes Entities have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to a prize, including express warranties provided exclusively by a prize supplier that may be sent along with a prize. Sweepstakes Entities shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, expense, accident, inconvenience, delay or irregularity that may be caused or contributed to: (1) by any wrongful, negligent or unauthorized act or omission on the part of any of the prize suppliers or any of their agents, servants, employees or independent contractors; (2) by any wrongful, negligent or unauthorized act or omission on the part of any other person or entity not an employee of a Sponsor; or (3) by any other cause, condition or event whatsoever beyond the control of Sponsor or the other Sweepstakes Entities.
DISPUTES: As a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded, or the determination of the winners shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively by mediation and, if necessary, legally binding arbitration in accordance with the Rules of Procedure for Christian Conciliation of the Institute for Christian Conciliation, a division of Peacemaker Ministries (a complete text of the Rules is available at www.HisPeace.org). Judgment upon an arbitration decision may be entered in the District Court of the County of El Paso, Colorado. Entrant understands that this shall be the sole remedy for any controversy or claim arising out of this Sweepstakes and expressly waives his/her right to file a lawsuit in any civil court against one or all of the Sweepstakes Entities, except to enforce an arbitration decision.
